Here is how you can help us!
PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE turn in requested information IMMEDIATELY, COMPLETELY, and ACCURATELY. We want to get your award notice to you as soon as we possibly can!
Check your Application Status on the web (StudentAid.unc.edu) instead of calling! We are all working very hard to get your aid processed. Typically, during the summer, we receive a phone call every 6 seconds! The more time we spend answering the phone, the less time we have to actually do the work!
Before calling, please read all information carefully in case the answer to your question is in our printed material. This will save you time and money for a long-distance call.
If you must call, please help us provide prompt and efficient service by having ready the student’s PID number and all your questions.
