Keeping up with deadlines and any items on the Financial Aid “To Do” list in Connect Carolina is an important part of the financial aid application process.

You can begin applying for financial aid on October 1 for the upcoming academic year. We will not review and process financial aid applications until you have been admitted, but we recommend you complete the application early.

Deadlines for University aid consideration are for University grants and scholarships.  To meet the deadline you must have completed all requested items (applications, and additional paperwork) by the deadline listed.

You may still be eligible for other types of aid such as loans, work-study, federal Pell Grants and scholarships from outside agencies after the deadline. If you are having trouble gathering the requested documents, please contact us.
