Work-Study On-Campus Supervisors
Welcome On-Campus Supervisors!
The following information can help you to understand the Work-Study supervisor process. Prior to accessing the JobX system, returning and new supervisors must complete the below training modules and supervisor annual quiz.
Annual Supervisor Requirements
New and returning on-campus supervisors need to complete the below steps in order to employ a Work-Study student through the Work-Study program.
New and replacement supervisors will complete the online registration for new supervisors once the previous items above have been completed.

JobX Earnings are updated to reflect FWS & CW balances bi-weekly as of the last pay period to date.
SHRA Bi-Weekly Payroll Schedule
Please Note: Due to an unavoidable delay between hours being worked, TIM submissions, payroll disbursement, and accounting data availability, earnings in this system are typically behind by 2-4 weeks. Please utilize the Time Record Log to keep up-to-date records of the hours worked for your students.
Client billing management (CBM)
Departmental wage matches for the UNC Work-Study program are processed through the CBM system following reconciliation of each pay period. Listed below are requested resources regarding operation and structure of the CBM system.
