All undergraduate students should complete a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) and a CSS/PROFILE each year to be considered for the maximum types of aid. Be sure to select the appropriate academic year when you are applying.

Forms and publications on these pages are used as a part of the financial aid application process or to provide you with various financial aid information. In most cases, you will be instructed either by email sent to your official UNC-Chapel Hill ONYEN email addres or on your my.unc.edu ConnectCarolina Student Center financial aid page ‘To-Do’ item(s) when one or more forms is required for completing consideration of your financial aid request.
IMPORTANT: If you are instructed to complete a form that is required for a specific Academic Year or Summer Term, please be sure to select the appropriate period from the menu on the left and choose your form from that location.
